a large industry report that includes the previous contracts of
thousands of celebrities.  I however want only this info and the
report costs nearly $2000

Have you tried Baseline FT . . .aka  Baseline Filmtracker?   I
recommend them, i you haven't.
You don't have to be a subscriber.  You can buy the report a la carte.
 Whether they'll have a lot on Jacobi, I don't know.  And it will
probably only be film & TV salaries, not books on tape, etc., but all
you have to do is call and they'll tell you what they have.

Why don't you ask them how much it would cost for a "Custom" Report on Jacobi?
They offer that service.
