local real estate property value rankings in Maine

Hi Garp,
I expect that you have such a clear idea of what you want that some
detail got left out of your question (well, it really isn't one). 
What/how do you want property values to be ranked, and in comparison
to what?
Values in different areas?  The development of prices in recent years?
Just to suggest a couple of possibilities that occur to me.
