What are the regulations in the UK governing leg-room in seated areas in concert halls? IE is there a set amount of space between the back-rest and front seat - I attended an expensive concert in Cheltenham - Kiri te Kanawa - paid £75 for the seat and couldnt sit in it as the seat in front was too close to the end of my seat. I am considering action against them and need to know the necessary regulatory authority to quote. |

You might find it at : http://www.odpm.gov.uk/stellent/groups/odpm_buildreg/documents/page/odpm_breg_025494-13.hcsp I think at 4.7 of thereabouts. This: "Limb storage facilities" at 5.18 of the regulations would be handy for tallies like me and I assme you! |
