Who is really the REAL manufacturer of the Japanese b2up bust up gum?
Newspapers in Hong Kong has mentioned Nozawa Seisakusho (K&S) as the
creator of this.

But, online websites claims Goodone company to be the manufacturer of
this.  I know at one point, Goodone company was a distributor of K&S. 
But right now, they have a new label that they say they created - that
joined the Tokyo Health exhib, THAT K&S says its not theirs.  So, did
goodone steal the formula?

So, what's really the real thing?

Please have real research, and real information to backup your answers.

But according to my source in Japan, K&S are now suing Goodone...
And if you have shopped from Goodone before, you will see that they
was only a distributor and what they shipped was produced by K&S.  (It
shows on the bottle).  Until recently, seeing the great hit, they
started manufacturing a same name product.

How can Goodone ltd have the name B2UP as trademark registered to them
(saw the certificate with my own eyes) and confirmed by the Japanese
government (Trad Ministry)if K&S owend it.
And also conformed that it was Goodone who took the other  company to
court ,and if the name B2UP is a great success why would K&S stop
making it? and why are they(Goodone)will be able to introduce new B2UP
products next month at the trade show in japan? don't you think the
court would stop them?

like i said, i wanted solid proofs
not just talking talking like what my frd says

the one solid proof i've ever come to was
goodone shipping a b2up gum manufactured by K&S in the early days,
and ads showing goodone as distributor and K&S as manufacturer

all the new stuffs that u're mentioning now,
there are no proofs anywhere. 
except wordings by individuals.

its just too bad no government nor company registry nor news sites in
japan shows any more information on this.

major shopping sites in japan all selling the k&s product also makes
me wonder.  and the main thing is, goodone used to sell k&s'
product....

as i can tell the brand B2up is goodone ltd and K@s used make it for
them untill they tryed to copy it for them selfs so Goodone stoped
them..

thats an interesting answer.
