Hello alex_ara~

A great place to find business writers is the Writer's Weekly website and
newsletter, which is circulated to a high number of professional writers.

To get the ball rolling, just write a letter to the editor of Writer's
Weekly (Angela Hoy); be sure to include information about what you
want from a writer and how much you're willing to pay. Go to
http://www.writersweekly.com/misc/contact.html for the correct email
address.

To get ideas on wording such a job listing, check out the
"Freelance Jobs" section of the most recent Writer's Weekly newsletter
at: http://www.writersweekly.com/markets_and_jobs/001404_03172004.html#jobs

In addition, you might try these sources for getting in touch with writers:

* Sunoasis: http://www.sunoasis.com/
* Freelance Writing's job bank:
http://www.freelancewriting.com/forumdir/fjb/index.html
* The Write Jobs: http://www.writejobs.com/jobs/

Kind regards,
Kriswrite

If you are "devouted to advice" you seem to be a liar.

;-) Sorry for mistype!
The purpose of the site is to create a comprehensive library of
articles, tips, and guides for different real estate aspects. The
source of information should be professional writers for real estate.
Right now the site has just a primitive structure with some examples
of sections, articles, and Q&As. As an example, take a look on the
?Buying Home? step by step advice section
http://www.allrealtyadvice.com/category.asp?id=396.
My current task is to find a good quality content which I can ether
license for a certain time or buy publishing rights.

Hello--

I'm (1) a magazine editor who uses freelancers, and (2) in my spare
time a real estate investor. So I can approach this from both angles.

From the editor standpoint, I recommend Elance (www.elance.com). I've
used Elance quite a bit. The quality of writers you'll find there
ranges from excellent to poor, but most are pretty good...especially
if you check samples of things they've written that are similar to
what you're looking for. And it's very affordable.

From a real estate investor standpoint, I'd suggest making sure that
your writers (from wherever you get them) know what they're writing
about...that they're not just rewriting off of other Web sites. And
that means either having worked in real estate (in some respect), or
having written about it before.

Hope that helps.

You could check out <a

- this site has a lot of specific real estate articles that can be
used free of charge.
