On the title you've written "15", in the body of the question "20",
how many do you need?

As a side note, I'd say that eBay's official information refers only
to the top 3-4 brands.

Top 20 Selling Brands if possible, but if they don't have that

Update: eBay publishes a monthly list, where they list the best
selling labels from each category. This puts "women's clothing"
together with other "clothing and accessories", and there are few
brand names there (not more than 3).

I also found a programme (that costs money) that would tell you the
best selling  items/brands for each keyword. Would that suit you as an
asnwer?
