Of the countries that contain the top 20 stock exchanges in the World how many of them do not require, as part of company law, the physical sending of annual financial statements to shareholders? It is usual in company law to require a physical set to be posted to shareholders but in this day and age one would expect that the use of the Internet would be an acceptable alternative. What is the current market capitalisation of these markets in US$ (same day please). My interest is in the markets that no longer require hard copy annual financial statements to be sent to shareholders. Thanks |
