Please answer each question concise and to the point. Also, please insert each answer directly under each question. ? An explanation of how the labor movement and labor laws have brought An private organization to wanting to stop unions from forming and decertifying them. ? An analysis of the legal implications of union organizing and other protected activities ? An explanation of the concept of ?bargaining in good faith? and how it applies to stopping unions from forming ? compare and contrast labor relations in the public sector vs. the private sector ? An analysis of the legal implications of union organizing and other protected activities ? Evaluation of potential legal pitfalls of polygraph, drug, AIDS and genetic testing The last question is related in terms of what restrictions the Union might successfully enforce to limit an organization's practice that permit the conduct of polygraph, drug and AIDS testing for new employees. I am trying to come up with a scenario like for example a university that does not want unions to form and they would try to stop unions from forming. Does that help? Any if unions do form, what kind of things must the university be aware of? |
