Is there copy right for the wording of terms of service of a web site?
If I have an Internet business web site which is similar to other web
site, can I modify the content of the terms of service or disclaimer
from other web site and use it in my web site?

I suggest you find several websites similar to yours and note their
copyright wording. Next, follow the guidelines found on these websites
to fashion your own copyright terms and conditions (click on the links

Yes, terms of service (TOS), like all written works created by a
company or individual, are subject to copyright.  It would be
infringing on copyright and committing a criminal act to copy the TOS
verbatim.  You can derive inspiration, but do not copy without
permission.
