small (50 employees) to medium (200 employees)- in the states of

I don't know.  I believe there must be a large number of these types
of companies.  I know there are 7,500 HR professionals for companies
in that same profile (MN, ND, SD, WI & IA) so maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of that
in the small - medium range.
