I want to know which credit cards gives the best rewards. When I say
best rewards I mean which card gives you the most value back. I know
some give 1% cash back etc., but which card gives you the most value
back? (Meaning if a card gives me a $100 TV for less than $10,000
spent, thats better than 1%). I know that some cards give
double/triple points on certain days, but that really shouldn't make a
difference because how could I decide to spend money only on a certain
day? The answer should be for a person who uses his credit card
regularly (in supermarkets, superstores, online shopping, pay bills,
etc.), and spends about $10,000 a year.

Not a Google researcher, but I've had the same question. What I've
figured out for myself is that you generally want a card that gives 5%
CASH back on "staples" (food, drugstores, gasoline, etc. or gasoline,
office supplies, utilities, etc.) and 1% back on all other purchases.
Most go up to $300 or $500 for the year, and pay out checks in $50 or
$100 increments.

I'm pretty sure the most famous good-rewards card is the Citibank
Dividend Platinum Rewards Card:

I've seen it mentioned far and wide on forums like FatWallet.

Another good one is the Advanta Platinum Business Card (don't think
you have to be an Inc. or an LLC. to use)

A great resource for comparing and contrasting credit card offers is
Credit Emporium. They offer a lot of detail and a lot of categories.

Keep in mind that the best rewards cards require a high FICO score
(usually 680/700 or better), or your application will be converted
into an application for whatever card the company wants to assign you
and you will get lesser benefits.

Bankrate's credit card information page is here and might be able to
offer you more info:

Also, I highly recommend reading the following book. It's written by a
lawyer who specializes in credit card litigation and is INCREDIBLY
empowering:
