I am looking for backround searches on people.  Specifically I am
looking to find out people who are licscensed in certain industries. 
Ideally I would like to find people who have graduated from vocational
schools.

My question is what is the best service for this?  Something like lexis nexis?  

Also I think I heard that there are only two companies which have
these databases of people and all of the others are resellers is that
true, if it is I assume the original service providers will have the
best prices.
