I would like to know is shell gasoline really cleanes your engine as
you drive and, if it will "last" longer than say citgo or amaco
gasoline?

All major gas station brands use the same gas.  Certain brands add
"cleaners" to their gas as a marketing gimmick, but these "cleaners"
have not really been shown to do much for your car.  No brand will
give you any better mileage / octane / power / etc than any other
major brand.
