The any other Windows CE (or pocket PC)machine can be in the price
range of less than 250$ and should features the following
requirements:
 
Ethernet connectivity
CE operating system installed
Built-in Microsoft media player 
Speaker out jack.
One USB plug minimum.
10G - Hard disk
