Hello, I need a solution for preventing wrong email (with attachments) to be sent from microsoft outlook XP. My problem is that i have several clients and one can, by mistake, send an attachment file to the wrong recipient (can be competitor of the right one). What I would like to do is to apply policy that will allow users to send emails with attachment only to specific domain and to connect between the recipient domain and the attached file name. For instance, attachments to @gmail.com will be sent only if the attachment name starts with "155". Moreover, to @microsoft.com only attachments start with "250". Thanks |

hi, i need a 2 step soltion (both under 50 users): 1. for installation on client computer (2-3 main email senders) 2. for installation after ms exchange. to be more clear : this question is about the first stage - i have a solution for the 2nd stage but it gonna take a while to develop and install. in your answer please give solution for the 1st stage which can be installed on a client computer in minutes (or maximum several hours) thanks again |

Well i would rather suggest a different way of doing it. You may use the mail merge facility available in the word and then create a list of users to whom you want to send the mail. then you can move on to outlook express and then send them according to the email address that you mention above. And then you can also sort then as per your priority. try this out |
