How many credit hours must a nail tech complete to
obtain a license?

There does not appear to be a way to find out the individual ethnicity.
I reviewed the Nail Specialty Application Form and they do not ask for
ethnicity of applicant.

I did locate the ethnic breakdown of nail technician licensees in the U.S.
Ethnicity
Vietnamese: 39%
Hispanic: 7%
Korean: 2%
Asian/Other: 1%
Caucasian: 43%
African American: 8%
These figures represent estimates by NAILS Magazine of the ethnic
breakdown of nail technician licensees in the U.S. These estimates are
developed based on a survey of the U.S. licensee list,as well as
interviews with industry experts, school administrators, and state
