I own a commercial property in a high foot traffic area in Southern
California. I am interested in having a bank lease space from me to
install their own ATM and pay me a flat monthly rate for the space. I
am not interested in leasing or purchasing a non-bank ATM from a
company such as Qualtex.
I need specific contact information for the person/department that
places ATM's for banks that have branches in the Southern California
area (Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, ect.).
Thanks in advance.

Cynthia,
Thank you for your comment. It would be fine if I could find a bank
that paid a per-transaction fee. All that is important is to make
contact with a major bank not a non-bank ATM company.

It's more likely, and in line with banking procedures, if you take a
dollar amount PER TRANSACTION. This can range from $0.25 to $10.00 (or
more) per use. The most common amounts are between $1.50 and $2.50
per transaction. The only place you'll see very large transaction
fees are say.....in a strip club...
