I see a lot of Adult Websites that are just amateur guys with video
cameras who put out a newspaper ad or something similar offering to
pay amateur girls to have sex on camera. They publish what are
bascially home movies on the Internet and charge membership fees to
see the movies. In the legal standpoint of U.S. law , how is filming
porn (which appears to be legal) different from Prostitution (which is
illegal)? What are the general legal guidelines for filming and
distributing pornogrpahic materials. Finally,  is it only legal to
film porn in certain areas of the country?
