I requested my necessary data for banks on July 8, 2005. Now, I do not
get any answer from your company even though passing 18 days. I want
to know whether it is processing my request or not. Please, answer my

Researchers work on questions that they think can be answered in a
reasonable amount of time, given the fee offered.
In the case of your question, identifying the IT contacts in hundreds,
if not thousands, of banks in five different countries operating in
multiple languages is simply too complex a task to undertake.
I don't think you will receive an answer to the question as it is
currently constructed (but I've been surprised before!).
