I'm updating the signs in the basement laundry rooms for my condo
association, and we've decided to translate a bunch of the signs to
Polish.

Here are bits and pieces of text from all the signs.
Please translate each one to Polish.
Please preserve the line breaks.
The tags <W>, <L>, and <N> should be left intact,
as they represent names that have been removed
for privacy purposes.

Because _pinchas_-ga has been nice enough to translate, all I need is
for someone to confirm or refute the translation and tell me if the
translation of "condo board" that I offer in the comments is correct.

Wow! Thanks very much for the free translation. Way cool!

The "condo board" is the governing body of the condominium
association, elected from the owners of the individual units.

If poltran.com is to be believed (their translations of your Polish
back into english are hilarious) the phrase I'm looking for is
"komisja posiadania wspólnego".

Does anybody know for sure?

condo board is in Polish "rada spó?dzielni"
Report all broken machines to the condo board.
Prosz? zg?asza? wszystkie zepsute urz?dzenia do rady spó?dzielni.

I make also one typo, the sentence:

U?ycie kanadyjskich monet
spowoduje zatkanie u??dzenia
i nie b?dzie mo?na z niego korzysta?.

should be:

U?ycie kanadyjskich monet
spowoduje zatkanie urz?dzenia
i nie b?dzie mo?na z niego korzysta?.

greetings
