Three years ago I came across a fascinating game.Where you and other
players are dealt questions about a famous historic person. After all
peoples answers are given, you are asked to select who do you think is
being represented by computer(he gets all answers right).Players do
get it wrong and choose someone who is close in answering these
questions!
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

Hi Axil

Can you please elaborate a bit more on how the game works?

My first thought was that it sounds like the board game 'Balderdash'
where people have to guess the definition of a very obscure English
word and then the other people vote on what they think the right
definition is (one of the players - the controller for that round -
reads all other players' definitions including the actual definition).

The other game is also a physical game - though a computer game might
exist for that - called 'Guess Who'. It is generally played by two
players who have a set of people portraits (exact same +- 20
portraits) from which they choose one. The other player then has to
guess who it is by asking Yes/No questions about that person's
characteristics like "Is your person a man?", "Is your person wearing
glasses?" and slowly eliminating options from your set of portraits
till you can guess who that person is.

And after a bit of searching using what you have mentioned, e.g.
"computer game" guess historic person
"computer game" celebrity trivia
"computer game" "who am I"
I came across the game: "Who am I? Black History Trivia Game" at
http://www.cushcity.com/books/0970035403.htm

Is this what you were looking for? If not, could you elaborate further
on how the game works?

Interesting.I played a another player ,with the computer. The computer
pretende to be Jack the Ripper, then issued questions to us about the
Ripper. The other guy faltered by getting two out of five right,I by
chance got the five questions right (these were mutichoice, with at
least three posible answers). Then the computer asked us three players
(computer playing incognito)who we belived the Ripper was ,out of the
three of us.The other player chose me(laugh),I chose the computer. The
winner was me ,then another game would start after a user request of
course.Ther were something like capacity for five or six
players, perhaps not even a minimum of users required. It was a well
constructed site, about as much as I know!
