I am looking for 3 companies that will insure that a given commercial
tennant will pay the rent for the duration of the contract (eg 10
years). In other words, the insurance is for the tennacy itself,
rather than the property.
The insurer will check the credentials of the tennant, their cash flow
and financial strength.
