I want to buy a tuner car from the 90's preferably late 90's like 99
but I do not know where to find listings for such cars nor do I have
friends in the world of street racing to clue me in.  I would like a
researcher to find me TUNER cars for sale for less than 3000 dollars,
it may seem impossible but I have seen a car like this listed before
and it sold before I could get it.  I would like an answer
which includes specific cars for sale within the price range but I
would also like information as to where I can find these cars being
sold.  (For clarification a tuner car is a car that has been modified
by someone with various racing specs for improved performance and
visual appeal).

We have a cool local garage crew, but I'd need to ask them about your
specific area, so I'm sure experts would need to know as well.

They have listings in there kind of like e-bay but by area.
