Here is an overview of Rubaiyat recordings, with my recommendation at
the end.
"Poems of the Orient," from Naxos Audiobooks, is a collection which
includes the unabridged Rubaiyat and other poems, at a cost of 10.99
British Pounds:

If you prefer a U.S. source for "Poems of the Orient," Barnes & Noble
has it on CD for $15.98 or on cassette for $13.98:

There is an older reading of The Rubaiyat on audiocassette, read by
the poet Robert Graves. It can be ordered for $12.95 from The Writers'
Center:

A reading by Garard Greene of works by Kahlil Gibran and the Rubaiyat
is available on 3 cassettes, for $34.95:

Khayyam

However, if you are really into The Rubaiyat, as I am, there's an even
more attractive option, an audiobook called "The Rubaiyat of Omar
Khayyam Explained," in which the late Paramhansa Yogananda, with the
assistance of narrator J. Donald Walters, gives details and background
information regarding the spiritual and mystical meanings underlying
Omar Khayyam's masterpiece. You can buy an audiobook version on
cassette for $29.95. This gives you almost six and a half hours of
Rubaiyat material on four cassettes. Although the text is abridged, it
does contain the full Fitzgerald translation.

If you are interested in finding online information about the
Rubaiyat, I recommend this page, which contains all the quatrains as
translated by Edward Fitzgerald, and a wealth of background about the
poem and about Omar Khayyam:

Regarding the matter of which audio version is best, I can
wholeheartedly recommend "The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam Explained," by
Yogananda and Walters, which is an amazing banquet of delights.
A jug of wine, a loaf of bread, and this tape, and wilderness were
paradise enow!
I hope this information is of use to you. If you have any questions
regarding my answer, please ask.
