I am looking for a nationwide average of the number of people who are watching TV throughout the week. I need all 7 days of the week and 24 hours each day. There seems to be a large variation by time of day, which certainly makes sense, but the day of week also seems to have a big effect. Average time of day data would make all 3PM's the same, but there are actually 7 different 3PM's. Ideally, there would be a line graph for all 168 hours in the week based on actual (peoplemeter) measurement along with the raw data for all the main demographic categories. However, due to the difficulty in finding this info, I can accept non-ideal forms. I have set the payment to $50, but the tip will be another $50 if it is the ideal data. For example, data from a large city is not the entire nation, but it is still better than nothing. Data from a small rural town is not meaningful enough. Data for an entire state, or regional cable system is getting close. The closer the data matches the entire nation, the better. |

You may find the answer to your questions here http://store.vnuemedia.com/nielsenmediaresearch/store/product_search_all.jsp?range_start=0&range_end=0&pattern_type=1&product_name=&category_name=&x=10&y=9 however you can get the data from there but you will have to do the math yourself. I don't think they provide the numbers you are looking for. |
