We have 400 people coming to a conference.

There are 30 different seminar/sessions/topics overlapping during a 3 day period.

Each person requests 4 seminars/topics with one alternate.

I need a computer program that will keep track of rooms and their
capacities, sessions and who will be attending, people and what
sessions and times they have been scheduled, and most importantly do
the scheduling and assign alternatives.

I can't find anything on google other than office tracker which didnt
even come close.
