Hi!

I am looking for detailed information on business models of
cross-industry loyalty programs. I am most interested in
different revenue streams, business agreements, loyalty scheme
financial structures, industry reports/research and so on.

My priority list of such cross-industry loyalty programs are Payback
(www.payback.de, www.loyaltypartner.com/en/) in Germany, myPoints
(www.mypoints.com) and Air Miles (www.airmiles.co.uk).

Any in-depth information on behind the scene processing of point
transactions and integration with EPOS (electronic point of sale)
systems would also be
very helpful!

Please, ask for clarifications if needed.

TomazL

P.S. I have done some research already on what is publicly available
on above mentioned sites, but I guess more in-depth and broader
research is needed.
