My hard drive crashed and I have purchased a new computer. I have attached the old hard drive as a external USB hard drive. Where would I find the quicken data on the old hard drive, to transfer to the new hard drive inside my new computer. | |

You have crashed hard drive and you have connected it to the USB. So is it still working. Then the best way you can recover your information is by using a hard drive recovery software. Its name is 'recover my files' and can be easily downloaded. This software also provides you a complete formate recovery. Moreover you are using a USB connection which fastest among all so you don`t need to worry about it. One more and better way would be to connect both the hard drives old and new one internally so that the data transfer becomes very fast. looing forward for your answer - akshay |

I already have access to all the files on the old hard drive. My question was "where are the quickbook Data stored on the old hard drive". Also to what location would I need to restore them in my new computer inorder to be able to use them. Thanks Daniel Bolour |
