Dear Ronny, 

I've located what you're looking for. However, not all items are
available in US-based stores (although all of the stores that I've
found ship to the US). Most of the items are available in the US, but
I couldn't locate 8 stores that sell these items - only 7. In
addition, regarding the last item - I have found it, with your exact
description, only in one online store (in the whole world) and I
suspect that you might have a mistake there.
