What is the contact information for the people and/or companies (other
than netflix itself) who are responsible for most of the netflix
website design? Other than socialdesigner (www.socialdesigner.net) and
emmajane consulting (www.emmajane.com/web.html).  In particular, who
was responsible for the excellent usability of the site?  And how can
I find them?

I may be wrong, but I don't think Netflix uses outside sources for
it's website.  I think they have inhouse designers and programmers
working full time to keep the site running.

There would be no way they could stay up and running and keep the site
maintained without them.
