that never has to be redone?

Since hair grows about a half inch or so a month, and old hairs are
shed by the body, I doubt that a truly permanent hair extension would
be feasible. It's an interesting concept, though, and if someone has
developed a method for doing this there will certainly be a lot of
interested customers.
