I would like a list of the best resources on the web for tree care.

I am interested in how to prune trees and shrubs (including how to
prune specific species if possible), what time you should prune, what
equipment you need? Also, what equipment suppliers are there and do
they have affiliate marketing programs?

In terms of general tree care, how do you water, fertilize, control
pests of trees and shrubs, recognize and treat tree diseases?

How does one go about finding local help, either from tree
professionals or universities?

Anything else interesting about tree care woould be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi jfy023,

I'll be able to answer all parts of your question except:

"Also, what equipment suppliers are there and do they have affiliate
marketing programs?"

Would this be satisfactory for you? If so, please post a clarification for me.

Thanks,
tlspiegel

Yes, this is acceptable. If the problem is the affiliate marketing,
you can leave this out. However, a list of tree care suppliers
(pruning supplies etc.) would be appreciated. If this is not
possible, then gardening supplies.

Worst come to worst, you can leave this part out.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

John

Hi John,

I need more information please.

Would you post where you are located (just the City and State) so I
can find resources for local help?

I'll be able to post general tree/shrubs care - watering, fertilize,
pest control, disease, pruning specifics, and other kinds of care,
etc.

If you have any specific kinds of trees and shrubs you're interested
in - please clarify what those might be.

I look forward to your reply.

Best regards,
tlspiegel

I live in Augusta, GA. In terms of help, I was wondering if there are
government or university programs to help gardeners.

In terms of trees:
Fruit trees (apple, peach, pear, cherry, citrus, etc.)
Pine trees
Hardwood trees (oak, maple, etc.)
Palm trees

Thanks,

John
