A couple of years ago, I saw a painting in the display window of
Harrod's in London. The painting was probably one of several by the
same artist. The painting I remember depicted many people on an open
city space, viewed from a bit above I think?, but the people were
sketchy and not detailed. I do not think that there was a lot of
strong colours in the painting, more of grey-whites and subdued tones
I believe.
I want to know the name of the artist and have a link to some of his
works to verify that is is the painter I'm seeking. Many thanks.

I should add the the paintings by this artist are what I would call 'modern'.
