This is just a comment I am not a researcher, but I am a user of Intel
Visual Fortran and .NET.

Its really easy. Just install Microsoft Visual Studio .Net as usual.
You can install whatever part of it you want, eg the c++, c#, Basic,
etc. It doesn't really matter.

Next install the Intel Visual Fortran software and it will
automatically hook in with the .NET software. After you have
installed it start up .NET and start a new project, along with C#,
C++, Basic, etc you will now see Intel visual fortran as an option.
Select it and your on your way. :)
