We need 10 or so case studies (1 page each is fine) that show from
example people (businessmen) that waited TO LONG and should have SOLD
OUT when the opportunity presented itself. That is we know there are
many stories out there whereby business people had the opportunity to
sell out and didn't and then regretted it in a major way. We DON'T
WANT stories about selling out stock at one price only to see it
drop...we need stories about actualy companies and business owners
that were offered big money...said no thanks...only to regret it and
then had to sell out at much lower prices.

The best articles would be in the hi tech industry, telecom industry
(ie, long distance firms, ISP's, other tech and telecom markets, Real
Estate industry....any industry that can help us TEACH our clients
that holding 100% of their portfolio of real estate assets is NOT and
does NOT always end up like they think it will.
