I am having an Island made for my kitchen, I want to install a
Electric Tap that holds 5 liters of beer or wine and can keep it
chilled. I don't know where to begin looking or what this would be
called. Does this sort of thing even exist? where do i start ?

that seems to be close, but I would like to know if I could just get
the tap unit by itself without having to buy it actually already built
into an island. It seems the ones that you were showing me are already
pre-made and built into a bar.  However, thats extremely close, im
just looking for someting a tad more custom.
