I would like a list of the best resources on the web for Doll Making. 
I am very interested in information communicating how to make dolls as
a hobby.  Suppliers of materials to do so, including locations; and
some doll making patterns.

If there are any clubs, societies, magazines or e-books on this topic
I would like a list of those too.
