I would like DNS logs from a large ISP (Or equivalent, a DNS server
that receives millions of requests every week over a period of time
(At least 1 week) showing all DNS requests that failed to resolve (Or
just all the requests, I can sort them myself).

Put proxy demon on 53 port, and write to log by You?re self.

This person is clearly a domain name speculator wishing to purchase
and market popular, but unregistered domains. This is on a par with
the aims of the Verisign redirect debacle. I'd encourage respectable
researchers to avoid this question.
