I need information on typical compensation packages for a Diector or
V.P in Validation, Compliance or Quality.  Scope: Pharmaceutical and
Biotech manufacturing companies in the Midwest. Information from
privately held companies would get a healthy tip!  Location must
include Chicago and St. Louis areas. Companies must have atlest 100
employees, minimum sales over 25 million. Information must include not
just base salary, but typical benefits and perks that come with the
job. Information on Director level is more valuable than the VP level.
I have specific companies in mind, but I can not disclose those names
in a public forum of this nature.
