I need to identify a short list of high qualitry hosts who can provide
a cost effective high performance hosting service for an ftp download
server that will be delivering 400MB of code to approximatly 4000
downloaders per month.

My objective is to provide fast downloads to multible simultaneous
downloaders. (70% in US, 30% rest of world).

This a free service so I need to find a good balance between cost and
the time it takes a user to download the program.

I see so many hosting offers, and have no idea how to narrow it down
