I have heard that outlook 2003 has a feature that allows you to keep a copy of all your e-mail on the remote server as wells as on you computer. Please let me know where I would need to go in outlook 2003 to enable this feature. Thank you |

Hi dbolour, To leave a copy of your email on the remote server, please follow these steps: Go to Tools > Email Accounts > View or change existing accounts. Select the account and click Change. Click the More settings button and look on the Advanced tab. Check "Leave a copy of messages on the server". You can also select how long you want this option enabled. I hope this helps. If you have any questions regarding my answer please don?t hesitate to ask before rating it. Best regards, Rainbow |
