Hi dbolour,

To leave a copy of your email on the remote server, please follow these steps:

Go to Tools > Email Accounts > View or change existing accounts.

Select the account and click Change.

Click the More settings button and look on the Advanced tab.

Check "Leave a copy of messages on the server". You can also select
how long you want this option enabled.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions regarding my answer
please don?t hesitate to ask before rating it.

Best regards,
Rainbow
