I am looking for the name of a song I heard played on the radio at my
workplace at approximately 12 noon CDT today (7/14). It was played on
either KHITS 96 or the ARCH 106.5 Both stations are on the Fm dial
here in St. Louis, MO USa. The sond was either by the Beatles or Paul
McCartney and Wings. I hope this doesn't turn out to be like looking
for a needle in a haystack. I'll sleep better when I Know the name of
the song. Thank you for your time.

Ok, now it's your turn to answer MY question? Which one did you hear?

If tutuzdad's lists do not trigger your memory, I have a few additional questions:

What lyrics do you recall from the song? Even a single phrase (or
even word) could be helpful.

What was the song about? Anything you can remember, even if not a
specific phrase, could help as well.

Was the song fast or slow?

Was it a long or short song?

Do you remember any instruments in the song?

If you had to guess, approximately what year was it from?

Can you give us any other details about the song?

Have you tried calling up the station(s). The DJ's could probably help
you out or the person who manages/produces that show. Most stations
can also provide you with a tape of the show or time. Check with the
station.
