What kind of cisco router would be best recommended to manage up to
20,000 ip ARIN addresses without problems? Please include prices for
the router(s).

If there is more than one option, please include a comparison analysis
with PROS and CONS for each router setup.

Just to clarify, manage means handle routing for 20,000 ip addresses. 

We'll be having 10 - 20 mbps in traffic.

Can you clarify what you mean by "manage"?  IF you mean the router
needs to hold 20,000 routes, than nearly any router with at least 32M
of memory can handle this.  What sort of interfaces and traffic rates
are you looking for in this router?
