We are considering starting a small sports event photography company
in Kentucky. My question regards the legality of taking images of
minors at public sporting events. Does this require parental
permission before the event and/or liabilty insurance requirements?
We want to conform to all laws and are unaware of Kentucky/US law
regarding this issue.

original literary, musical or artistic work, such as a book, song or
photograph, a company such as LegalZoom can help you quickly and
efficiently register it for federal copyright protection.
