I have not seen nor heard this promo, but I found this on NBC's website:

"The song 'Run' off of the album Final Straw is featured in promotion
for The Law Firm."

http://www.nbc.com/nbc/NBC_Featured_Music/

The NBC site offers an audio clip so that you can verify whether or
not this is the song you're looking for.

If this is the correct song, please let me know so that I can post an
official answer and receive payment.

I'm pleased to have been able to help you identify your song as "Run,"
performed by Snow Patrol.

This is the Google search string that led me to the answer:

Google Web Search: nbc "the law firm" music OR song
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=nbc+%22the+law+firm%22+music+OR+song
