Could you please clarify what you mean by "business profile"? Since
many music schools are non-for-profit, the term "business profile" is
not relevant for them.

Specifically, I am seeking infomation on thier institutional operating
budget, sources of funding and support, how much they receive annually
in  funding and sponsorship, and the endowment spending as a percent
of the operating budget.

US News publishes an annual report on graduate schools, and makes its
extensive research available on www.usnews.com.  You can view the
school rankings for free, but with an inexpensive paid subscription
you can view MUCH information about each school.  They do categorize
graduate schools in the rankings, but I don't know whether Music is a
classification.
