These folks operate a sizeable number of websites providing
investing/financial information. Web Enterprises, Inc. and/or Robert
Rosenthal and/or associates have a connection to the following sites:

I would be extremely skeptical. The sites I checked have not been
around very long. Why would you want to pay for a newsletter from
someone who offers absolutely no credentials or other information
about himself? The large number of websites associated with this
individual hyping various financial materials of a potentially dubious
nature makes me suspicious. If I did order anything, I would do it
with a virtual credit card number from my bank with a limit on charges
for only one month of service. Some of these types of companies make
cancellation very difficult despite their "guarantees."
Tons of "growth stock newsletters" are available. Simply searching
Google with the terms growth, stock, and newsletter results in
several:
"OTC Growth Stock Watch Newsletter" http://www.otcgsw.com/
"The Coolcat" http://www.coolcatreport.com/
"Winning Investing Stock Newsletter"
http://www.winninginvesting.com/investing_newsletter.htm
"The Growthstock Advantage" http://www.growthstock.com/
"Newsletter Digest Package"
http://investorsleague.com/stockfocus/NewsletterDigests.html
I am not endorsing any of these newsletters, but they appear to be
focused on the same types of stocks as the site in question.
Personally, I would seek out a Certified Financial Planner if I was
going to look to someone for financial advice. At least they have to
pass a test and have ethical obligations to you. A lot of newsletters
enable illegal pump and dump schemes. You might also check out the
SEC website at: "Protect Your Money
Avoid Trouble ? Investor Alerts"
http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts.shtml for some good tips about
avoid investment fraud on the Internet.
