Is there a simple tool to measure the total size of a website? Size could be: - total number of pages (a small site could have half a dozen; ebay would have thousands) - total memory used to store the website (again, small website might be a few hundred kilobytes; ebay would be in gigabytes at least) I want to compare the size of a few dozen websites, and ideally want the tool to ask me to type in the website homepage and the tool will then explore the entire site and report back size - as per one of the two definitions of size above. The tool might be a specialised website that offers this service, or a downloadable application. | |
