Unfortunately, after much research (much more than what a $4 question
would usually receive :-) , I couldn't find an answer, regarding the
state of the house today:
In 1997, a woman named Barbara Howard (from Richmond, Kentucky), won
the prize. The house is located in Henderson, Nevada, outside Las
Vegas. She was then 63 years old, and according to her own rapport,
she was a Simpsons fan. However, she said that she would like to stay
home in Kentucky, caring for a sick family member. Therefore, she
opted for the $75,000 alternative. At least until 1998, the house was
presented to tourists. The house exterior has been since repainted,
but there is no current information whether:
(1) the hosue (interior) remained the same in 2005 ;
(2) one can visit the house.
I suspect that the answers for both are negative, and that the house
has been remodelled from the inside. I assume so, because I think that
there would have been some sort of web persence (tourist stories, fan
sites) directing to the house today.
Here are few web links about the story:

The site "Springfield, Nevada" provides information (form 1997) about
the contest. You can have a vistural tour in the house and read more
about it.
