is it possible to make a woman pregnant with unprotected sex after 
egg retrieval in ivf even if her physician has said that he/she has
reomoved all the eggs?

Perhaps an increase in price might get a response. Often researchers
shy away from questions that appear open-ended, or $2 questions that
require more than a simple answer.

I'm pretty sure that in egg retrieval only *some* of the woman's eggs
are removed.  So I would have to say that pregnancy is *possible*. 
The doctor may have meant that all of the *mature* eggs were removed,
in which case the chances of pregnancy would be quite low until more
eggs had time to mature.

When the ovaries are hyper-stimulated to produce many follicles during
the IVF process, there is also the chance that a mature follicle could
have released eggs prior to retrieval. The chances of pregnancy,
therefore, I would say are good, except for the circumstances which
have placed this woman in the care of an RE in the first place (i.e.
egg donor or infertility patient?). At any rate, it has happened
